Villa Las Salinas is a magnificent and spacious holiday home, ideal for families and groups looking for a luxury getaway in Armação de Pêra, in the Algarve. With 5 bedrooms, a private heated pool, a jacuzzi and large outdoor spaces, this beautiful villa is designed for relaxation and enjoyment.
Located in a peaceful area of Armação de Pêra, Villa Las Salinas offers easy access to the stunning Algarve coastline whilst providing a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's the perfect base for exploring nearby beaches and charming local attractions.
Upon entering Villa Las Salinas, you will find a large, bright space on the ground floor, where the fully equipped kitchen harmoniously connects to the spacious living and dining areas. The large windows and glass doors allow natural light to flood the room and offer a charming view of the garden. On this floor, the villa features a cozy double bedroom, a versatile triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a triple suite with a double bed, a single bed and a private bathroom with shower. Additionally, there is a common bathroom with shower.
On the top floor you will find two luxurious en-suite bedrooms. One is a double bedroom with a private bathroom, and the other is a master suite with a king-size bed, a private bathroom and a balcony with stunning sea views.
The outdoor spaces at Villa Las Salinas are truly exceptional and were designed to maximize the benefit of the Algarve's sunny climate. A lush garden with a Balinese bed invites you to relax in the shade or sunbathe in comfort. The area dedicated to the barbecue is equipped with a dining table and a refrigerator, ideal for outdoor dining. For sports lovers, the property offers a private tennis court. The highlight is the covered, heated pool and jacuzzi (pool heating and use of the jacuzzi are optional extras) that guarantee relaxation and fun throughout the year.
The villa is equipped with free WiFi and air conditioning throughout, providing a comfortable stay. Furthermore, it offers private and secure parking within the property. With the capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, Villa Las Salinas also allows the addition of 2 extra beds for additional guests. It is worth noting that pets are not allowed at Villa Las Salinas.

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property changeover day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an inquiry so that we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted .
Pool heating will always be an asset to your vacation, especially when traveling with children. The water temperature when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no heating in the pool.

Check-out time: 10:00
The minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however, there may be flexibility in low season)
• Changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
• Group deposit: €175 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
• A reservation handling, insurance and archive fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation amounts (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras and excursions.
Prices for up to 12 people.
The 13th and 14th people pay an additional amount which includes an extra bed (just €126 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (just €21 each, per week).
The administrative cost for changing dates is €150.
