Situated on the shore of Lough Erne our holiday cottages in Fermanagh are the perfect holiday destination for a unique holiday experience. The waterway covers an area of almost 800 sq. km of island-studded lakes, renowned for its cruising, angling, historic sites and castle ruins.
There are also variety of land-based sports in the surrounding area including, horse riding, caving and walking trails. A popular walking trail, Cuilcagh Legnabrocky Trail is a 30-minute drive from our holiday cottages in Northern Ireland, a must do on your next visit to Fermanagh.
One of Northern Ireland’s leading hotels, Manor Hotel Country Hotel is 100 yards from our holiday cottages, which has a selection of high-quality restaurants and bars including Belleek Restaurant, awarded AA Rosettes for culinary excellence, a perfect amenity for a self-catering holiday. You can also watch sports on one of their Plasma TV’s or get your dancing shoes on with live music weekend on most weekends. Our self-catering guests can also enjoy the hotels leisure complex and spa at an extra cost.
Manor House Cottages Fermanagh (double &twin) Description – Sleeps 6These pet-friendly holiday cottages have an open plan living room, kitchen and dining room providing wonderful views over Lough Erne. Our detached lakeside cottage in Fermanagh comfortably sleep to 6 guests. We have two types cottages:
Property layout – Ground floor:
- Country style kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils needed.
- Open plan living room with flat screen, TV, DVD player & sofa bed.
- Family bathroom with toilet, wash hand basin & shower sink.
We have two types cottages:
Type 1:
- Bedroom 1: twin sleeping 2
- Bedroom 2: twin sleeping 2
- Bedroom 3: sofa bed located in the living room
Type 2:
- Bedroom 1: double sleeping 2
- Bedroom 2: twin sleeping 2
- Bedroom 3: sofa bed located in the living room
The washing machine and dryer are located in the communal utility room, both of which are coin operated.
WIFI is available within the property and towels are provided within the home.
To the front of the house there is a patio area with picnic bench, a wonderful space to relax and enjoy the evening sunshine over Killadeas Bay with family and friends.
There is also an onsite tennis court, games room, boules, playground, fishing and golf course, pitch & putt, boat hire, an excellent destination for an active self-catering holiday.
Pet Friendly CottagesManor House Cottages Fermanagh accepts pets on request. Charges are payable on site to the On-site Manager @ €35.00 plus there is a maximum 2 dogs per booking. Please reserve at the time of booking via our call centre as your dog(s) will not be accepted without prior confirmation.

IMPORTANT NOTES1. Heating and Electricity:
This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
